Can I work in a private practice setting? (BBS LPCC)

An Intern may only work in a private practice setting under his/her first intern registration number.  If an individual applies for and receives a second (or subsequent) intern registration, he or she cannot work in a private practice setting.

    Hi:
I am finishing my 3200 hours as an ASW this week - using track your hours. I will be submitting my hours in a few weeks with all paperwork for BBS to approve. Can I now go into a private practice setting with a supervisor? I am still using my original intern registration number (but I have had to renew this number and pay my $ 75 dollars each year. Not sure what it means that you can only use your first intern number in a private practice setting as an ASW -

    Thanks - Michelle
